– Plan, organize and carry out project construction.
– Contact the Investor/Consultant and related units to effectively carry out the construction/mechanical work of the project.
– Supervise and control work according to the quality management system and identify construction risks.
– Instruct the Contractor, Construction Team, and Subcontractors to carry out work according to technical requirements and drawings.
– In charge of construction implementation, construction management and construction supervision of assigned items/areas according to the instructions of the TCTC Team Leader.
– Ensure the area/item in charge of construction complies with design drawings, regulations and standards.
– Control and ensure safety and quality of the project.
– Comply with company ISO procedures.
– Provide detailed table of specific quantities of work performed to the Commander.
– Fulfill management requests.
